Mooo's Tanks
G'Day Everyone :hi:
Thought I would share my tanks with you.
My Biggest One, I call 'Ram Manor'
320L, 5 foot, in a hand made cabinet.
Running two canister fiters. Otto, & AquaOne.
Heater, 300watt...set at 27'
Lighting is 2x 4foot fluorescent 'Relle' globes.
Landscaped with driftwood & heavily planted ..
Fertiliser is Dave Wilson's, Dino range...from Aquagreen.com.au 's, I only use the 'Pee N Spit' lol, works wonders...
Substrate is normal gravel..
Inhabitants are:
2x Neon Blue Rams(a pair )
2x Boilivian Rams(sub adults, looking like males)
4x Angels, (1 pair,currently with eggs) & two juveniles home bred by me
3 oto cats
3 common bristlenose cats(2 longfin)
10 Cardinal tetras.
60L
Filtration: 1x hangon & 1x sponge filter.
Sand substrate. moderatly planted.
Heater: 100 watt , set at 25'
Medium light.
medium planting..
This one houses my
3 peps and some A Cherry shrimp, A grade Crystal Red shrimp, & some Darwin Algae shrimp, (kungfu shrimp)
This is one of my L397 tanks,
70L
Heaters x2, 50watt positioned either end...set on 25'...
Filtration: 1x Hangon, 1x sponge filter...
Lighting: high output lighting. x 2 globes.
Substrate: half is small brown gravel & the other half is normal honey gravel.
DIY Co2..
Inhabitants...2x L397s,
1x Albino lf catfish(female, awaiting an introduction to her new boyfriend)
With the above shrimp in it also..only B grades of the crystals and cherries...
My Q tank

Filtration: 1x internal filter, 1x sponge filter.
Substrate: Black small gravel
Heater: 59Watt..set on 25'
Heavily planted.
Currently housing
4x Endler males
1x Albino longfin Catfish (Male, the new boyfriend )
This one is my other L397 (for now*)

Hang on filter, plus 1 sponge filter
Heater: 50 watt..
Substrate: normal gravel.
Medium Planted (+ there is more drift wood now than in the photo)
Housing
My 2 new L397s ..+ a few guppys ..
(for now*) meaning, I will move albino male & albino female longfins to this tank to see if they will make babies for me, once he is out of the Q tank
The L397's will all be housed in the current 70L,Co2,L397 tank.
