Please do me a favour, for the sake of the fish only, remove the tile .
3 people have now told you to get rid of the tile . I hope you get the message. Look in the Australian for sale section and look at people who offer slate caves and ask them for slate pieces. REMOVE THE TILES jk

water parameters:

Tank 1: PH 7.0, Ammonia 1.0, Nitrate 5.0

Tank 2: PH 7.2, Ammonia 0.0, Nitrates 10

As of this evening :) From these tests, tank 2 is going really well. Just need to drop ammonia in tank 1 and its sweet :)

Yes, Thank you to everyone - Really appreciate it. My memory is coming back to me so in future wont be such a pain in the ass with my Questions. Thanks for the help

Just an update, tanks seem to be going fine, Tiles were taken out and hopefully get some slate pieces soon to replace them. Without tiles or slate for that matter the tank looks to bare. :)

Oh, Yea They are natural pieces, I asked if they were treated and no these are natural Chipped edge slate. Looks really good in the tank. In terms of water, Tank 2 I think is basically fish safe with good PH, no ammonia and safe level of nitrate. Tank 1 is same but has 0.25-0.50 ppm ammonia. Hopefully will come down soon.
